Element Dallas Love Field

Booked a room here last minute using Marriott points. Checked in after midnight and the front desk guy Anmar was awesome! Very friendly, sense of humor, told us everything we needed to know. They weren’t full and he gave me a super late checkout and choice of rooms with best views of Love Field. Great experience, we’ll be back!

If I’m ever in Dallas again, I’m staying here. I was alone but would have been great with a family. I had a two queen room with a kitchenette that was impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable. Well lit parking lot just a turn from DAL, and great access to all of Dallas.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Element Dallas Love Field location for a night on Mother’s Day weekend for a quick turnaround trip. I loved everything about our experience. It is less than ten minutes away from the airport and their free airport shuttle was a great perk that we used both going to the hotel and back to the airport. Once we landed and arrived to the hotel shuttle pick up area, the shuttle arrived within minutes before we could call to confirm we were there! The hotel was in walking distance of a Thai restaurant, Smoothie King, Dunkin’, In and Out, liquor store, Raising Cane’s and 7/11. It shares a building with Aloft! I didn’t enjoy their pool or gym but noticed they had it available. The lobby was clean and the decor was modern with great lighting and hues of blue and beige. At check in, we were greeted by a friendly woman that was hospitable and offered insight about the shuttle for our early flight and complimentary breakfast. We were given a room on the fifth floor and impressed with how nice it was! It was equipped with a sink with filtered water, coffee maker, coffee, a full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, cooking utensils and a refrigerator). The room was clean and the decor was modern and sustainable with hues of beige and blue. The king bed was true to size and comfortable with soft firm pillows. The room had a sofa bed and a large TV. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It had a walk in shower, that included shea butter lotion, body wash and shower gel. The water was hotter first thing in the morning but still a comfortable lukewarm late at night. I requested an extra blanket, towel and pillows and housekeeping brought it up within 30 minutes. We decided to visit the Addison area and it was about a fifteen minute ride on uber from the hotel. Sunday morning we headed down to catch the airport shuttle and were able to grab some banana bread and fruit right before 7 AM, even though breakfast began at 7 on weekends. I ate the banana bread on the plane and it was delicious. We were greeted by friendly staff and saw a chef cooking scrambled eggs and sausage! There was also cereal, oatmeal and juice available. I would’ve definitely ate the hot food if we didn’t have an early flight. We checked out on the Aloft side of the lobby & were able to hop on a shuttle right around 7 AM. We did not have to reserve the shuttle, it was there and ran about every 30 minutes. We made it to the airport within six minutes. Overall, I loved how affordable, comfortable and convenient this stay was. This will be my hotel of choice when flying into Dallas Love Field. I can’t wait to visit again.

We booked through Expedia. We saved the screenshot about the Free Parking. My husband had to mention that to Jennifer. She was not friendly as we passed by the front desk. The service is really lacking as we passed by the front desk several times. The lady at the breakfast worked really hard especially with some unruly kids that were getting breakfast Sunday morning 08/03/25. The area looks safe. The rooms are nice, clean and well equipped with a kitchenette.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, but what truly stood out and made our experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Douglas. From the moment we arrived, Douglas greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude that instantly made us feel welcome. During check-in, he was not only efficient but also incredibly personable, taking the time to ensure that all our needs were met and that we felt comfortable throughout the process. The rooms themselves were well-appointed and perfectly suited for our needs, but it was Douglas’s attention to detail and genuine care for the guests that elevated our stay. One particular instance that impressed us was his effort to ensure we reached the airport on time. Douglas personally made sure that the hotel shuttle was ready and waiting for us, going above and beyond to coordinate everything seamlessly. His willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate our schedule demonstrated his dedication to outstanding service. Thanks to Douglas, our stay at the hotel was not only pleasant but truly memorable. His kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others, largely because of him.

My daughter stayed there for a weekend for her son’s football league. She loved everything about it. Rooms are very clean. Spacious service was great. She recommends this place to anyone Sophia in the area. You should try this place out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 - Felt just like home! I had the pleasure of staying at **Element Hotel Love Field Dallas** for 25 days, and from the moment I arrived, I absolutely loved everything about it! I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and I want to give a special shoutout to **Zena**, who was incredibly kind and efficient. She made check-in smooth and answered all my questions with a smile. The **complimentary breakfast** was delicious and varied — freshly made omelets, cereals, oatmeal, coffee, a juice bar, fresh fruit with different toppings, and an amazing selection of pastries. My **room** was spacious, the **bathroom lighting was perfect**, and the **shower had great water pressure** with hot water available at all times. The room also had **air conditioning, a desk area, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen** — pots, pans, knives, wine opener, everything you could need to cook and feel at home. The **pool** was such a treat! It's not heated, but with Dallas weather, it doesn’t need to be. Perfect for a refreshing dip. The **housekeeping team was extremely kind** throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize **Maria**, who always went above and beyond to check in on me, as well as **Willy, Hasan, and Douglas** for their amazing service and kindness. Thank you to the entire Element team for making me feel at home every single day. I would absolutely stay here again — it was a flawless experience!

I stayed here 5 weeks over the course of a couple months. Different rooms and dates. The experience was mostly consistent and positive. The suites are large and well equipped. Very comfortable. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent— sometimes forgetting to replace towels, toilet paper. By far and large a good experience though. Great location.
